Aristo Asia Group was founded in the year 2006 with the commencement of operation of a 39 rooms Budget Hotel in the City of Kota Kinabalu in the state of Sabah, Malaysia. In 2007, a Wellness Center and a Rainforest Eco Resort was added to the group. Continuing its trajectory of rapid expansion in the state of Sabah, the group added another two budget hotels totaling 73 rooms in Kota Kinabalu City.
